Prices:
All Safari prices are quoted in US dollars and at exchange rate Currently existing at the time of payment. Rates are subject to revision in the event of an increase in foreign exchange.

Deposits:
When you Book a Safari with Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris we request a deposit of $2000 per room with Balance or final payment due 90 Days prior to Safari Commencement.
When Bookings are made  Below 90 days prior to Commencement of Safari we request full payments.

Safari Prices Includes:
All Accomodation Full Board as indicated in Itinerary.
All Land transport using 4 Wheel Drive extended Toyota LandCruisers and Min Vans.
All Airport transfers.
Local Flights as indicated in Itinerary.
All Game park entry fees as Indicated in Itinerary.
Flying Doctors Emergency Evacuation enrollment.
Government Hotel Taxes.
Bottled Mineral waters on Game drives.
KPSGA Certified Naturalist Guides.
All Operational Development Costs.

Safari Prices Excludes:
International Airfare.
Visa fee & Airport taxes.
Travel Insurance
Hot air Balloon Safaris.
Personal items such as telephone/Computer,Laundry & Beverages charges.
Gratuities to Safari guides,Hotel & Camp staff.

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to Cancel your Safari we request you to notify Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris in writing at the earliest Convenience. Your notification is only effective when received in writing. Kindly ensure you receive our writen confirmation that your cancellation has reached us.

Cancellation prior to Safari Departure are subject to the following Cancellation penalties:
                    Between 120 - 90 Days 10% of total Safari rate
                    Between   90 - 60 Days 20% of total Safari rate
                    Between   60 - 30 Days 50% of total Safari rate
                    Under       30       Days 100% of total Safari rate
Cancellation Insurance for total Land Safari costs is highly recommended.
Refunds will depend on the duration of Cancellation prior to Safari departure.
Gorilla Safaris may incur additional Cancellation fee together with other properties where deposit is non refundable. These will be adviced at times of Safari Bookings.
If Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris shall cancel the Safari we shall make a full refund except in respect of any cancellation caused by riots, heavy rains, strikes, war, Banditry, natural disaster, Aircarriers decisions to change schedules, or other similar circumstances beyond our control.

Flights & Luggage:
While Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris will try our best to transport your travelling Safari baggage, most local flights within Safari circuits in East Africa apply strict luggage
restrictions.
On most flights Luggage allowance is 15 kilos.[33lbs] This includes Camera equipment and
carry on baggage. Excess Baggage is charged a fee depending on the weight.
If you decide to take a flight and vehicle follow your itinerary  then your luggage will be transported by road and reach you later.
Luggage and personal effects are at owners risk throughout the Safari.

In  the event of scheduled flight delay, loss or damage of luggage, over booking or cancellation, if this occurs Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris cannot be held liable for any costs incurred. Any grievances or compensation if applicable should be sought from the airline concerned but not Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris.

Liability:
Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris and their  agents act only as agents for the passenger with respect to services provided, included but not limited to, Camps,Lodges, Hotels, Restaurants, Birding & game rides and all forms of transportation.
All Safari services are provided by independent operators who are not owned or controlled by Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris.

While all reasonable Precautions have been taken in order to make these Safaris as safe as possible for all Safari passegers and others, Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris and their agents shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, sickness, death, delay,  inconvenience or  irregularity arrising out of, or in connection with  vehicles, airline, train, taxi or any act, including any acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, weather, strikes, war, force majeure, epidermics, neglect, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond our control.
All travel involves some measure of personal risk that the passeger has to determine.

We highly recommend that you buy a travel insurance.

Your Responsibilities:
Kindly let us know of any medical condition or disability which may materially affect your ability to enjoy the Safari.
A responsible attitude and vigilance is required when on Safari with Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris because you will be in close proximity to wild animals.
Some of the lodges, tree hotels, Camps are not fenced with wildlife close, While attacks by wild animals in these areas are rare Preston's Birding & Wildlife Safaris and their agents cannot assure guests that this may not happen neither can we be held responsible for any injury, death whatsoever whilst on Safari.
